From September 11th to 13th, the 15th VAAM Symposium "Molecular Biology of Fungi 2024" took place at Christian-Albert University in Kiel. Around 90 researchers from Germany and abroad discussed current topics in fungal research.

GfG Vice President Prof. Dr. Stefanie Pöggeler handed over the GfG Poster Award to Anna-Lena Klemke.
